Let’s face it. The majority of us women are faced with jam-packed schedules leaving little to no time for ourselves. When we finally squeeze in a moment of that magical me time, guilt and shame take over.
Whether it’s hiding in the pantry devouring cookies or the endless scrolling on social media, we are unsure of how to listen to the messages our body is telling us, so we numb and disconnect.
It’s a vicious cycle.

We can only stay on the hamster wheel for so long before our body starts to show the wear and tear, both physically and mentally.
We become disconnected from our bodies, our truth, our essence. We forget how to enjoy the beautiful lives we have worked so hard to build. We lose our radiance, the magic within.

Hi, I’m Jamie! Nothing lights me up more than seeing an empowered woman step into her full potential.
My journey to becoming a somatic healing practitioner and transformational life coach wasn’t a straightforward one—it was born out of my own experiences of struggle and growth. And really, I don’t think the challenges I’ve faced in life are much different than the majority of people that I know. But each one of the hardships brought me closer to my truth, and served in one way or another to help catapult me into the life I’m meant to live.
In searching for ways to heal, I discovered a variety of healing modalities such as Holy Fire Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), yoga (let’s be honest I just do yin - the easy one), meditation, and somatic healing. These weren’t just techniques; they became lifelines, helping me navigate through the darkness and emerge with a renewed sense of purpose and peace.
I started implementing some of these tools to regulate the nervous system and develop awareness in the body with my own children and my Grade 2 students. I witnessed these children cultivate an inner peace and calm to move through challenging feelings and emotions. Their parents noticed the changes in their child and several have joined in my programs as well!
Driven by this newfound purpose, I became certified in Somatic Healing, Holy Fire Reiki, and took a variety of other courses dedicated to mastering these techniques, so I could offer the most effective support to others. Over this past year, I’ve been a part of some beautiful communities of women that inspire and lead heart-centered lives. These women are willing to do the inner work, to get messy, to say “the thing” and own their power because they know that on the other side of that initial discomfort, is freedom. I truly believe that learning alongside other women and being witnessed in our healing is what frees us from feeling like we need to hide and stay small. ?
The work I do is deeply personal to me, informed by my own journey and enriched by the incredible transformations I’ve witnessed in my students, family members, and clients. Whether it’s helping someone move through limiting beliefs and challenging patterns that are keeping them stuck, or supporting someone as they learn to tap into their inner knowing, finding safety in the body, these successes are what drive me every day.

I had a session with Jamie and loved it. She is very intuitive and a great active listener but also skilled at digging deeper to help identify goals and reframes for me to contemplate in order to start shifting things. This renewed awareness and reflection has helped me feel more confident in exploring personal boundaries and hang onto/keep pursuing the things that bring me the most joy and sense of purpose. 6 weekly live events held at Oshun House in Saskatoon, Sunday evenings starting September 22 ending November 3 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. (No class Thanksgiving weekend)
Weekly activities or assignments focused on helping you build your own practice and strengthen your toolbox.
6 different practice partners (switched up weekly) to help to hold you accountable to your own personal growth work while also giving you the practice to make genuine, authentic connections
Weekly emotional regulation techniques and guided meditations to help you manage and feel through the messages your body is sending you
Embodiment practices that help you to release and integrate new and old belief systems as well as thought patterns
Group and partner discussions that are focused on helping you to feel safe and confident being seen, while also offering practice to witness others in their transformations
ONLINE includes:
6 weekly live events held on Zoom on Monday evenings starting Monday, October 7 -November 11 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. CST. Option to attend live or view recorded sessions, ensuring flexibility and access to transformative content at your convenience.
Weekly activities or assignments focused on helping you build your own practice and strengthen your toolbox.
6 different practice partners (switched up weekly) to help to hold you accountable to your own personal growth work while also giving you the practice to make genuine, authentic connections
Weekly emotional regulation techniques and guided meditations to help you manage and feel through the messages your body is sending you
Embodiment practices that help you to release and integrate new and old belief systems as well as thought patterns

Course Modules
Module 1: Finding Safety in the Body
Re-establishing the connection between mind and body so that you feel safe to explore and look inward. Learning tools to develop an awareness of sensations, feelings, and emotions to find balance and regulate the body.
Module 2: Releasing Old Patterns and Stories
Identify patterns and stories that have been keeping you stuck. Locate where you’re holding them in the body and cultivate compassion and loving kindness.
Module 3: Lived Experiences, Trauma, & the Nervous System
Develop an understanding of triggers and how the body responds to stress. Explore strategies to calm and regulate the nervous system.
Module 4: Exploring Internal and External Conflict
Explore situations where you are leaking your personal power and learn how to establish boundaries within yourself and with others so that you can keep it.
Module 5: The Inner Critic & Emotional Release
Embrace all parts of yourself, the light and the dark. Learn how to effectively release stored up emotions and traumas held within the body.
Module 6: Owning Your Desires & Opening to Receive
Tap into your inner essence and desires and let it flow through you with movement and meditation.
